Location: 733 W. Pensacola St, a short walk from DOAK, located behind Delta Zeta and Southgate. All Alumni are forever welcome.

The "TAU-plex" is one of the closest fraternity houses to the Doak football stadium on West Pensacola Street behind Delta Zeta and Southgate. The developers, Chance Partners LLC, worked in close coordination with ATO housing corp directors in planning a complex that would suit the short term needs of our large chapter while fundraising for our permanent house on campus. 

The layout and architecture of these three buildings evoke the old world Florida charm.  With the backdrop of the Leland Oaks and the hanging moss from its branches, we felt that this building was appropriate for its location.  The complex contains 36 private bedrooms and bathrooms, and a large living area for the residents in the white columned house for the chapter

In the Fall 2011 semester, Alpha Tau Omega will be taking over all three buildings on the complex and will be fencing and enclosing the complex.
